Thank you for purchasing Atomic Floyd™ products. We go to great lengths to deliver only the very best products. However, if for some reason you’re having trouble with your products, please read the relevant information under:

US Delivery Top of Page

We aim to send your order out within 2 working days. We will let you know if there will be a delay, offering either to keep your goods on order or refund you. You will be supplied with a reference number when your order has been processed. You can use this number to trace when the goods have been dispatched from our premises.
Orders will be sent using USPS. If no one is available at the delivery address to receive the goods a card will be left with details for re-delivery and/or collection.


Worldwide Delivery (excluding US, UK, EU) Top of Page

We aim to dispatch your goods within 2 days after you place your order. If your delivery address is anywhere outside of the US, UK or European Union import duties may apply. You will be supplied with a reference number when your order has been processed. You can use this number to trace when the goods have been dispatched from our premises.


Defective Product Replacement Top of Page

At Atomic Floyd we pride ourselves on our quality and go to great lengths to deliver only the very best products - however if for some reason you're having trouble with your products, please email support@atomicfloyd.com and request warranty assistance.


Product Warranty Top of Page

All Atomic Floyd products are covered by a two-year manufacturer's warranty. Which means we'll gladly replace any Atomic Floyd product that is defective as a result of our workmanship, materials or components not being up to scratch. Please email support@atomicfloyd.com and request warranty assistance.


Cancellation Top of Page

We may cancel an order for any item at any time before delivery. You will be advised by email or telephone if we are unable to complete your order.


Customs & Duty Top of Page

Please note that all shipments outside the US, UK, or European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the receiverís country. As Atomic Floyd has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be, these additional charges must be paid by the receiver of the goods. Please bear this in mind if you are sending the items as gifts. When the Atomic Floyd courier contacts you to arrange delivery of the shipment, in some cases you will be required to pay the additional charges with cash or cheque. If you are contacted by the courier or your local customs office and you are at all unsure in any way of the next steps, please contact our Customer Service Team by email at support@atomicfloyd.com.


Payment Information Top of Page

We can only accept payment in EUR, GBP and USD. You will be advised by email or telephone if we are unable to complete your order. For all international customers, the price shown on our web site covers the price of the item and the shipping costs to your door. The price does not include Duty and tax charges if they are applicable at the final destination.


Returns Top of Page

Should you wish to return an item email support@atomicfloyd.com and request a RETURNS FORM
The RETURNS FORM with you order must be completed in full and accompany the item you wish to return within 7 days of receipt of goods for the UK or 14 days for the rest of the world. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing any refunds or exchanges. Products should be returned in the same condition as when they arrived with the original packaging intact and tags attached. Please take care when unpacking & repacking. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Please also note that you are responsible for taking care to ensure the items are received in good condition and not damaged in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post & retain proof of posting. Refunds and exchanges are made approximately two weeks after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. Customers who have paid by credit card will have their accounts credited. We will not make refunds to a third party.
As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods held in stock will be dispatched within 7 working days. If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund. Post and packaging costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty. In the event of the goods being faulty we will cover all costs for postage and either refund or exchange the goods.
